Now his entire family thinks I'm his soulmate.

To keep up the lie, we strike a deal. I'll be his fake girlfriend for his help in return.

Strictly business. Zero feelings.

Except our fake relationship includes practice dates.
The practice dates turn into spicy lessons.
And suddenly we're standing too close, touching too long, andkissing like we forgot it's only for show.

Miles is sweet, earnest, and dangerously good at proving niceguys do it better. He listens. He learns. And he's very eager toplease. But he's not my type and definitely out of my league.

If I'm not careful, I'llforget this was only supposed to be fake.

Miles and Nora are the perfect example of opposites attract. Fake dating turned into hot and heavy with lots of doubts. And his dad, too funny.

I’m actually obsessed with this one—this book was so good. I loved every single moment and genuinely did not want to put it down. Miles and Nora were absolutely adorable together. This is very much an opposites attract, fake dating romance, and it just works. What starts as a “strictly business” arrangement quickly turns into something way more, especially with all the practice dates and blurred lines. The progression felt natural, and I was fully locked in watching it all unfold. Miles? Elite. A full cinnamon roll MMC, and I loved him for it. The way he cares—not just for Nora, but for her mom too—added so much depth to his character and made him even easier to love. Add in the fact that he’s a cat dad?? It was over for me. This book also really shines with its found family elements. The relationships surrounding the main couple added so much warmth to the story, and it balanced perfectly with the humor. I laughed a lot, made a few reader noises, and highlighted so many good moments and quotes along the way. Honestly, this was just one of those books that hits on all levels—funny, swoony, a little emotional, and completely addictive. I already know I’ll be picking up more from this author.

Love, Love, LOVE this book! Miles is the true star of the show for me. We get to know his nerdy, awkward and incredibly adorable personality better. I’m pretty sure he holds ALLLLLL the green flags at this point. Tension builds between him and Nora after she becomes his fake date at his niece’s birthday party and it is delicious. Their story is the perfect example of a slow burn that grows under the guise of “practice makes perfect” until the volcano erupts and they can’t take the heat. It doesn’t come without some heavy emotion towards the end though that may have you a little teary eyed in the best way. My favorite line from the book is “Love doesn’t show up when you’re finished. It shows up when you find someone willing to help you finish it.”

Loved it! Loved how in the beginning you could see little crumbs of attraction between them even though neither of them really had a clue. Miles was like watching a train wreck. You just wanted to hide your eyes and give him a hug at the same time. Nora puts a lot of pressure on herself. She spends a lot of time taking care of others and ignoring her own needs. I loved the progression of their “practice” dates all while they still aren’t sure what’s happening. They work so well together.

A delightful addition to the Brews and Flings series! Miles is a green flag kind of guy and his awkwardness is totally endearing. Nora is a lovable hot mess and Miles is the perfect foil for her chaos. A romantic comedy with deep emotions and delicious spice, this one is in a league of its own.
